Final Deadline Reminder

You now have only a day left to finish your work(s)! ...Is what I should be saying, BUT WAIT! How about a little surprise extension? I'll keep the AO3 collection open for submissions until an hour before reveals — it's not much, but it still gives you an extra day if you need it. (If you're here via bethefirst then this surprise extension probably won't be much of a surprise, but I hope it's welcome nonetheless ;D)

Got a first draft ficlet done for this challenge while sitting in the hospital waiting-room during my spouse's surgery. First time I ever committed fic in that setting. Aiming to post as soon as I've gone through a second draft.

Am I understanding about the extended deadline that if I post tonight between 9:00 PM and midnight Chicago time I will still be before deadline? (That's what time it will be when I get home from hospital visit tonight.)

And yes, that's correct. You could also post it tomorrow, if that's better for you -- just as long as it's an hour before reveals (which would be, let's see... 6 p.m. for you).

Oh, even better! If I'm really exhausted after the hospital tonight I could get a night's sleep first and then post the fic during the day tomorrow! :-)
